Mixed Media Artist
Inspiration
My work is inspired by organic forms, landscapes, mushrooms, autumn leaves, and the way they change, the seashore and what you can find there. I aim to make sculptural pieces that are tactile and visually rich, based on the abstracted real world forms.
Practice
I would welcome the opportunity to place my pieces in their proper context: outdoors in the landscape or within large indoor spaces such as atria.
My preferred materials have been clay, metal including copper, aluminium and pewter; wood and rope.

Exhibition
I am a resident artist at the Grid Studios, and have exhibited with the Tantalus Project, 97 Rush, Rugby Artists’ Support Group and Leamington Studio Artists.
Last year saw showings of Pottery: Made in Rugby at Rugby Art Gallery and Motile at the Lewis Gallery, Rugby School.
Two pieces from the Motile collection were recently on display at the Lewis Gallery in Rugby as part of the Summer exhibition.
